Well one of my clients does call me the "workout nazi". But that's really a term of endearment...lol. In all seriousness, Ivy, I have known (and do know) some trainers who are pretty much sadistic ass holes. That's not my philosophy. I believe in teaching, motivating, praising, and encouraging my clients. My "workout nazi" nickname from that one client comes from the fact that though I strive to POSITIVELY reinforce, I don't let anyone get by with or slack off on anything ;-). ha ha. Ha ha ha.
