I see that. in order for it to be an "absolute" it would have to be true for everyone, transcendent of culture, time, space, etc. Change is definite the only constant that i know of fitting that criteria. i’m totally with ya chelse (and sorry for the time it took me to respond, sheesh).

i like what you said about an “absolute truth” being something we haven’t a choice in. I see that. in order for it to be an “absolute” it would have to be true for everyone, transcendent of culture, time, space, etc.

It seems to be one of the only absolute truths I've experienced. Life changes continuously and always into another form of itself. Love and Eternity are realities or existences, but they are realities we can chose to opt in or out of in our personal mentalities. We CAN'T opt out of change. It happens around us and in us (hello Time!) regardless of how stubbornly we might attempt to stagnate. Absolute Truth should be a matter we haven't a choice in, otherwise it couldn't be constant. Eh?? Philosophical relativism pretty much perpetuates Change as an A.T...
