As a long-time gamer and an old-school fan of the Mortal Kombat franchise, I think this is just epic.
Geeks Are Sexy says, “Mortal Kombat fatalities are not what we could actually call ‘kid-friendly’, but these from Youtube user Eric Power almost make the whole thing look cute. Almost.”
Remember that awesome Teenage Mutant Ninja Bear from the Hiroshima Zoo? Some creative folks have now gone and Jedified it…and you know what a huge Star Wars fan I am.
Check it out:
After watching those videos, one thing appears to be clear….bears must have some sort of molecular anomaly hidden within their DNA that renders them impervious to the business end of lightsabers. Perhaps an abnormally high midi-chlorian count?
This is a video of a bear at the Hiroshima Zoo named Cloud. Cloud is trying out for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and wants to work the bō staff like Donatello. He’s good too. The Youtube user that shot video claims it has NOT been sped up or altered in away way.

Awesomeness. Here’s what Geeks are Sexy says:
A couple using the Death Star trench run scene from Episode IV to announce that they’ve got twins on the way? Now that’s what I call awesome.
Try telling that to free running/parkour extraordinaire Damien Walters. Check out this amazing video on some sick new stuff he’s working on for 2010:

(+10 cultural savvy-ness points if you can name the Elphaba reference….I’ve already claimed my 10, btw.)
I'm Jeffrey Davis: writer, blogger, personal trainer, and soon-to-be published author. I totally dig eco-friendliness, but eco-snobbery sucks. This is my personal blog where I completely shoot from the hip with any topic, pic, video, or quote that I find funny, thought-provoking, or interesting. Enjoy.
